    Yes, that's right! All of our bundles are tailored to your unique design preferences so that they perfectly match your style. To make your experience even more special, you can add a personalized note at checkout.
  • What to expect when your bundle arrives?
    Bundles are packed with care and shipped in a secure box, ensuring your order arrives safely. Each bundle is packed based on your selections and nested in the box indicated on the product page. You can also add a personalized note at the time of order to make it extra special.
  • Do you include receipts in the bundle?
    Not to worry, we know that most of our bundles are gifts, so we avoid including receipts or pricing information with the delivery.
  • If the recipient has food allergies or sensitivity, what steps can I take to ensure their safety with the bundle?
    We care about food safety at Sun Rae Bundles. If you have any questions or concerns about allergens, cross-contamination, or anything else related to your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help and happy to answer any questions you may have. We will also indicate on all items some of the most common food considerations without custom logos.
  • When will my bundle ship?
    In Stock gifts and curated party bundles are shipped within one business day. Subscription bundles are shipped the first week of each month. Special order or à la carte will ship as soon as it is bundled, typically 2-3 weeks. Delivery of special local, group, and custom bundle orders will be based on an agreed-upon date before payment. Our focus is on a positive customer experience, so we aim to be organized, helpful, encouraging, confident, and friendly in all dealings with our customers.
  • How long does shipping take?
    You can get an estimate of the shipping timeline using your order tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient's location.
  • How do I track my shipment?
    Once bundle is on its way, we'll send you shipping details via email to help you keep track of your order.
  • I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I modify it?
    We're here to help! Drop us a message from our Contact Us page and we will do our best to modify your order if it's not yet shipped.
  • My bundle never arrived. What do I do?
    Please reach out on the “contact us” and we'll work on it together. We're here to help and we're committed to resolving this as quickly as possible. Don't forget to include as much order information as possible to help expedite the resolution.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We're here to help! We'd love to ship your order internationally for a small additional fee. Unfortunately, food products cannot be shipped. Feel free to “contact us” if you have any more questions!
  • Do you ship to dorms?
    Sun Rae Bundles has a bundle line dedicated to college students, with most of the delivery taking place right in their dorms.
  • Do you ship to hospitals, rehab centers, or other temporary locations?
    Sun Rae Bundles is here to help you make someone's day. Our deliveries are available to any physical address that accepts packages, but keep in mind that most orders take 5-7 business days. Please ensure that your recipient is available during the delivery window.
  • If I order multiple bundles to ship to one location, how are they shipped?
    Generally, our bundles are shipped individually, but we’re here to help! Contact us if you would like multiple bundles delivered together.
  • How much is shipping?
    We're happy to offer free shipping for all bundles over $35. For bundles that cost less than $35, we charge a flat $5 fee.
  • What happens if the address of my recipient changes mid-subscription?
    You can always change your delivery address. Just update the order form before the second Monday of the month. Our subscriptions go out on the 3rd Monday of the month. If you need assistance, feel free to “contact us.” We're here to help! And don't forget to confirm that all shipping addresses accept packages.
  • When will my recipient receive their bundle? What about vacation and holiday schedules?
    We are committed to delivering your bundle on time. To ensure that, we usually ship on the third Monday of each month. If you have a special date or event coming up and need to reschedule, please let us know by updating your preferred delivery date in the order form or contacting us via the "Contact Us" page. We're always here to help!
  • How long are subscriptions? How will I be billed?
    We have got you covered for any duration you like. Choose from our 3, 6, 9, and 12-month subscription options or opt for our semester or full academic year packages for students. You will be billed at the time of checkout for the first box and then every 30 days based on the duration of your subscription.
  • Can you order without an account?
    Yes, it's possible to place a single order as a guest. To ensure you receive your order confirmation and tracking information, we'll need your email. If you're a subscriber, you'll need an account to manage your subscription. We encourage all customers to create an account for an easier checkout experience and the ability to customize.
